Abstract

Objective To explore the Beyond whitening and whitening different periods resin - enamel microtensile strength Micromorphology of the bonded interface, evaluation edge of Class V microleakage determined Beyond whitening, composite resin bonded repair The best period. Method 1. Universal testing machine test Beyond whitening, whitening instantly after whitening stored in artificial saliva for one week, two weeks, three weeks after the resin bonded resin - enamel microtensile strength. Scanning electron microscopy group resin - enamel interface micromorphology. Dye leakage assessment Beyond cold light whitening before, immediately after whitening, whitening stored in artificial saliva for one week, two weeks, three weeks after the marginal microleakage of resin filling. Results 1 Beyond whitening instantly repair resin - enamel micro-tensile strength was significantly lower (P lt; 0.05); were stored in artificial saliva for one week, two weeks, three weeks after the resin repair resin - enamel micro tensile strength recovered to the the bleaching level before (P gt; 0.05) which is stored in artificial saliva for two weeks, three weeks after the resin repair micro tensile strength than stored in artificial saliva week group, a significant difference ( P lt; 0.05); delayed two weeks, three weeks resin restoration, two groups of micro-tensile strength without significant differences (P gt; 0.05). 2. Scanning electron microscopy, Beyond whitening immediate restoration bonded interface there is a gap, combined with poor. With the extension stored in artificial saliva time, the resin projections increasingly clear, and the bonding interface is increasingly dense. Microleakage: ① The occlusal wall: Beyond whitening immediately after resin filling, compared with the unbleached marginal microleakage increased significantly (P lt; 0.05); bleach stored in artificial saliva for one week, two weeks, resin filling after three weeks, the microleakage unbleached group showed no significant differences (P gt; 0.05); stored in artificial saliva weeks after resin filling, the microleakage bleached instantly no statistically differences (P gt; 0.05); stored in artificial saliva, two weeks, three weeks after the resin filling, greatly reduced compared microleakage bleached instantly, there is a significant difference (P lt; 0.05); stored in artificial saliva weeks, three weeks after the resin filling microleakage value was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). ② gingival wall: each group no significant difference in microleakage. ③ group compared gingival microleakage values ??are greater than the the occlusal wall Microleakage value addition to the unbleached group no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), the rest of the group there is a statistically significant difference (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion Beyond whitening immediately after, and is not suitable for resin restoration on tooth enamel. Beyond whitening before and after gingival microleakage were higher than the occlusal wall microleakage. Beyond whitening after one week, can be enamel resin restoration, but the best time to repair two weeks after bleaching.
