Abstract


Objective unplug the analysis of the first molar orthodontic cases , investigate to disconnect first permanent molars cases orthodontic treatment method , and to assess its clinical efficacy . The subtrahend correction of the results of the first permanent molars cases of 37 cases clinical analysis . In all cases the presence of one or more teeth of the first permanent molars serious lesions or early loss treatment preadjusted reasonable anchorage . Results , the mean duration of treatment of 37 patients were 27.1 ± 4.8 months. After correction, the front teeth covered overlying ( ?) Normal; posterior teeth ( ? ) Good relationship , all tooth gap closed substantially parallel to root , no the obvious root or alveolar absorb , the cephalometric coordination . Patients with serious Conclusion For the first molars caries or premature missing first molar extraction unconventional After carefully anchorage design and careful clinical operation , you can get a satisfactory therapeutic effect .
