Abstract


Deterrence is the concept of military technology , but also the psychological and political concepts. A defense theory of nuclear deterrence is a post - war Western , but also a strategic choice . Nuclear deterrence is the key to bring the Cold War to \the national manufacturing security Suffering is not deterrence . With the reduction of the nuclear threshold , diversification of the object of deterrence and the cost of nuclear deterrence , nuclear deterrence credibility and necessity was questioned and weakened . So far, domestic and foreign scholars nuclear issue focused on nuclear proliferation, such as theory and comparative analysis of the case of nuclear proliferation , nuclear proliferation and international security relations , for a discussion of nuclear deterrence nuclear proliferation less than . This paper attempts to in-depth interpretation of the theory of nuclear deterrence , from the theory and practice of double latitude to analyze the inherent paradox , to explore building a new analytical model , based on the analysis of the macro-level national internal structure and micro-level leader in personal qualities , way of thinking and decision-making preferences irrational factors to be considered .
