Abstract


New gymnastics rank compulsory exercise is approved by National Sports Bureau in 2006. The new compulsory exercise’s guiding ideology is falls the low pass level standard, attracts more people to participate in gymnastics movement, especially in the university and in the middle school’s young people like gymnastics project. Old gymnastics rank compulsory exercise in implementation process, the most prominent question is the specialization strong, moves feels awkward, develops difficultly. In order to solve in the old gymnastics rank compulsory exercise implementation prominent problem, the country examined and approved gymnastics rank compulsory exercise. In implementation process, new compulsory exercise whether compared to old compulsory exercise change promotion and popularization? Whether the new compulsory exercise does conform to student’s actual level? Taking the Sichuan university sports education specialty as a breakthrough point, the author analyses the present situation of the new compulsory exercise implementation.Through analyzes,the author drew a conclusion: The new compulsory exercise’s difficulty degree is moderate, easy to develop. After studies the new gymnastics compulsory exercise, student’s each aspect has had some benign change. The new gymnastics compulsory exercise overall teaching effect is obvious. This text has offered certain theory to consult in order to pursue the developing direction of the official exercise of grade of gymnastics of our country, offer the theoretical foundation for arrangement of the official exercise of grade of the gymnastics of our country.
