Abstract


The principal is a career , this is the logical starting point of the professionalization of the principal . As defined in the scientific career , career-oriented and system concepts based on the analysis of the results achieved in the personnel management of the primary and secondary school principals president responsibility system comprehensively promote the conditions of employment and job requirements established primary and secondary school principals . The main problems is the president responsibility system and other management systems need to be improved ; principal appraisal , promotion, remuneration system and system missing ; lack of integrity and systemic management system . Factors certainly affect the professionalization of the primary and secondary school principals of a wide range of proposed the school principals management system is one of the most important factors . The author based on the theories of school management and primary and secondary personnel system reform , the establishment and improvement of the principal professional qualification system , training system , the election system , evaluation system , incentive and distribution system management mechanism, so as to promote the professional development of school principals . Management system to regulate the behavior of the principal constraints to reduce the unpredictability and opportunism of the principal 's behavior , so as to promote the professional development of principals to improve the professional standards of Presidents , to improve the quality and efficiency of school management . This paper is divided into five parts , the first part of the Introduction describes the background , current status and research ideas, methods ; second part of the interpretation of the concept of career , career-oriented , system ; third part mainly on primary and secondary school principals management status analysis that is the achievements and shortcomings ; fourth part of the main research school principals career countermeasures ; part V Conclusion . Primary and secondary school principals professionalization is the inevitable trend of education reform , consistent with the requirements of the State personnel system reform and development of education , but also the principal team younger, better educated , an important manifestation of specialization . However, the vast region of our country , many primary and secondary schools , economic, cultural and educational development is not balanced . Establish and improve the management system of primary and secondary school principals will be a long process , primary and secondary school principals professionalization long way to go .
