Abstract


Real-time simulation of complex processes in the modern chemical industry hot topics . In this paper, to establish high-level language VB6.0 application client , the DCS -site real-time data collection to delivery to the chemical process simulation software Aspen Plus (?) Conducted operations. This article also to ASU as a background for the real-time simulation of industrial process steps are discussed. The research work includes the following aspects: 1 ) study the real-time simulation system components as well as the interface between the various components of technology , a set of real-time simulation system to achieve real-time data automatically read and display, and in the different production conditions triggered by events Aspen Plus (?) of the production process for automatic simulation . 2 ) study the real-time simulation in ASU implementation steps . The real-time simulation step decomposition process modeling and analysis, selection and identification of observed variables proposition , as the guide on-site real-time simulation provides a theoretical basis .
