Abstract

Objective To compare the analysis the postoperative occlusal before tongue cancer mandible osteotomy area, bite force and bite force asymmetry index changes, explore the the mandible \Collected in the Second Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery clinic in September 2010 -2011 April tongue cancer patients met inclusion criteria, 16 cases underwent combined radical surgery, intraoperative mandible \but intact dentition, fixed a titanium plate unilateral cortical bone reconstruction. Preoperative measurement in patients with a single central incisor width, fill in the T-Scan Profile 2, the preoperative and postoperative month and three-month line of T-Scan occlusal bite three were documented, respectively, on the patients before surgery, after the bite area, bite force and bite force asymmetry index to compare the results. bite area several preoperative gt; gt 1 month after surgery; 3 months after surgery, among univariate analysis of variance p = 0.460287 gt; 0.1, no significant difference; paired t-test, preoperative and 1 month after P gt; 0.05, no significant difference; preoperative and 3 months postoperatively P lt; 0.05 There are significant differences; postoperative 1 month and 3 months postoperatively, P gt; 0.05, no significant difference. 2 bite force values ??are preoperative gt; 3 months postoperatively gt; 1 month after surgery, among univariate analysis of variance p = .163131 gt; 0.1, no significant difference; paired t-test, preoperative 1 month after P lt; 0.05, significant difference; preoperative and 3 months postoperatively P gt; 0.05, no significant difference; postoperative 1 month and 3 months postoperatively P gt; 0.05 There was no significant difference. Bite force asymmetry index value after a gt; preoperative gt; 3 months after surgery, among univariate analysis of variance p = .018679 lt; 0.05, significant difference; paired t-test preoperative and 1 month after P lt; 0.05, significant difference; preoperative and 3 months postoperatively P gt; 0.05, no significant difference; 3 months and 1 month after surgery and postoperative P lt; 0.05, significant difference. Bite between the joint force and the area was a linear correlation, r = .710883 positive correlation conclusion 1, bite force and occlusal area can be used as an important indicator of the evaluation of mandibular open reduction and fixation occlusion changes mandible \
