Abstract


21st century is highly dependent on the information age of the computer system , while increasing software products , software development is also facing new challenges : on the one hand, the demand for diversity , individuality, and changing the other hand, is fierce from peers competition in the market . This requires software developers to more flexible means to respond to changing needs , with a shorter time and lower the cost of the system to market . Clearly, traditional software engineering theory more and does not apply to the requirements of modern software development , agile software development emerged in this context . It gives the values ??, principles and practice , to get better results in a smaller price , but there are also some shortcomings , such as lack of further guidance on the specific practice and operability , the lack of the whole process of management . In this paper, based on analysis of the basic theory of agile software development , basic principles , the development model and related development tools to Xinjiang ATC safety information systems research and development , for example , to study the application of agile development methods . The paper in-depth analysis of the system building goals , business processes , and the establishment of a basic system function model , to describe the non- functional requirements of the system . Subsequently based requirements analysis , follow the basic principles of Agile , through three iterative development discussed in detail , show ideas, methods and development process of agile software development . The first iteration of the main system architecture to build for the target and seek appropriate solutions for business-critical and critical non- functional requirements design , and the formation of a user can use the simple version ; subsequent iterations through continuously collect user feedback constantly improve , extend system functionality and release a new version , and gradually form a software system finally recognized by the user . By the description of the system to changes in demand and design evolution , epitomized the advantages of agile software development to respond to changes in demand , agile software development proved the effectiveness in improving software quality and development efficiency .
