Objective: To investigate DcR3 expression in cervical cancer and its clinical significance . Research Methods : Using immunohistochemistry method detected 57 cases of cervical cancer and 20 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 16 cases of normal cervical tissue DcR3 expression analysis of its relationship with clinicopathological factors . Statistical analyzes were performed using SPSS17.0 software for processing . Results : 1.DcR3 normal cervical tissue , CIN, cervical carcinoma , the positive expression rate were 6.25% , 45.00% , 73.68 % , and increased gradually . , DcR3 positive expression rate between normal cervix and CIN group difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) , the difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) between the normal uterine cervix and cervical cancer group , in The difference between the groups in CIN and cervical cancer was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Cervical cancer in DcR3 protein positive expression rate of tumor differentiation, clinical stage , lymph node metastasis were related (P lt; 0.05), with the patient's age , regardless of the gross type , histological type (P gt; 0.05) . 3 Univariate survival analysis of DcR3 and protein -positive cervical cancer patients with tumor-free survival was 66.10 ± 2.78 months of DcR3 and protein -negative patients with tumor-free survival was 77.79 ± 2.22 months , the difference between the two statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Multifactorial prognostic analysis of COX proportional hazard model , DcR3 protein expression is one of the main factors affecting the cervical cancer prognosis ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion : 1, DcR3 expression in normal cervix , CIN, cervical cancer increased gradually . 2 of DcR3 and cervical cancer tissue differentiation , clinical stage , lymph node metastasis . 3, DcR3 might as auxiliary judge cervical cancer prognosis indicators .
