Objective:To study the application of bortezomib in the treatment of NHL.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed medical records. This text collected ten cases which treated with bortezomib since 2009 up to the present in our hospital. The dosage of bortezomib is 1.3mg/m2. All 10 cases were associated with chemotherapy. According to the value standard of IWG, the value of curative effect was devided into CR,PR,SD,PD,RR=CR+PR.Results:Ten patients which proved to be NHL by pathology, were given bortezomib for a maximum of six cycles. Two patients who were previously untreated achieved a complete response, corresponding to an overall response rate of 100%. One of eight relapse or refractory patients achieved a complete response and one achieved a partial response, corresponding to an overall response rate of 25%.Conclusion:These results demonstrate that bortezomib combination therapy is a active regimen in the treatment of NHL, the toxicity can be controlled.
