Objective: To investigate cardiovascular medicine outpatients with anxiety, depression and mental disorders and associated factors. Methods: since 1 August to 30 October 2010 to the Central South University Xiangya Hospital, Department of Cardiology clinic patients, the use of cluster sampling and random sampling method of combining the preparation of their own population of 1597 cases of patients Sociology general information questionnaire, anxiety self-rating scale (Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale (Self-Rating Depression Scale, SDS) survey, a total of 1585 valid questionnaires. Results: 1585 valid questionnaires were analyzed statistically. Cardiovascular medicine outpatient anxiety, depression and psychological barriers overall incidence rate of 42.5%, of which 138 patients with anxiety alone, the rate was 8.7%; 103 patients with depression alone, the rate was 6.5%; anxiety, depression and psychological disorders coexist 432 , the incidence rate of 27.3%. Prevalence of cardiovascular disease, anxiety, depression and psychological barriers incidence of 43.7%; without cardiovascular disease incidence of 35.6% respectively, there were significant differences (P lt; 0.05); prevalence of hypertension, coronary heart disease, The coexistence of hypertension and coronary heart disease, arrhythmia patients with anxiety, depression and psychological barriers rates were 39.7%, 43.2%, 53.7% and 40%. Department of Cardiology outpatient SAS, SDS average (coarse) were 39.52 7.88,38.90 ± 7.85, significantly higher than the national adult norm (P lt; 0.05), gender, type A personality, disease duration, education level, number of visits, types of medication, is now suffering from cardiovascular disease, stress and satisfaction of current household income for anxiety, depression and mental disorders influencing factors. Age, nature of work, place of residence, anxiety, depression had no significant effect. Conclusion: Xiangya Hospital, as the representative of the top three hospitals of Cardiology outpatient anxiety, depression and psychological barriers overall incidence of up to 42.5%; prevalence of cardiovascular disease in patients with anxiety, depression was significantly higher than those without cardiovascular disease; especially hypertension, coronary heart disease coexist in patients with the most significant; impact of anxiety, depression and psychological disorders major factor in gender, type A personality, education level, duration, number of visits, type of medication, are now suffering from cardiovascular disease, work pressure and the current family Revenue satisfaction.
