To explore the value of the thyroid ultrasonography and anti-thyroglobulin antibody detecting.All experiment objects were divided into three groups:23 HT, 21Graves’ disease, 30 nonthyroid disease. Two dimensions and color Doppler Ultrasonography were performed in all cases to observe the changes of thyroids’ echogenicity and hemodynamics, observing the Vmax , Vmin, RI. At the same time, the vein blood was drawn to detect anti-TPOAb. Statistical evaluation was carried out in all of results.There were significant changes comparing HT group with control group, Graves group with control group in echo (p<0.05);There was no significant change comparing HT group with Graves group in echo(p> 0.05). There were significant changes comparing HT group with control group, Graves group with control group in blood supply exceptional rate (p< 0.05) ;There was no significant change comparing HT group with Graves group in blood suppply exceptional rate(p>0.05). There were significant changes comparing HT group with control group, Graves group with control group in Vmax, Vmin (p<0.05); There were significant changes comparing HT group with Graves group in Vmax, Vmin (p<0.05), no significant change comparing HT group with Graves group in RI (p>0.05).There were significant changes comparing HT group with control group, Graves group with control group in anti-TPOAb means and masculine rate (p< 0.05);There was significant change comparing HT group with Graves group in anti-TPOAb means (p<0.05), no significant change comparing HT group with Graves group in masculine rate (p>0.05).Exceptional rate of ultrasonography , anti-TPOAb exceptional rate, alliance exceptional rate of HT group was73.9%, 82.6%, 91.1%, respectivly. Exceptional rate of ultrasonography , anti-TPOAb exceptional rate, alliance exceptional rate of Graves group was 76.2%, 66.7%, 80.9%, respectivly.We can have these conclusion: It is valuable to detecting HT by ultrasonography;It is a good way to diagnosis HT by anti-TPOAb, and the combination of ultrasonography and anti-TPOAb detecting is a convenient and reliable index on HT with high clinical.
