Objective : To observe the type 2 diabetes with microvascular lesions in patients with peripheral blood progenitor cells (CD34 cells , CPCs) change, and to explore with the ultra - sensitivity C - reactive protein ( hsCRP ) , fasting plasma glucose ( FPG ) and glycosylated hemoglobin ( HbA1c ) lipids (TC, TG, LDL, HDL), C peptide, body mass index (BMI) and other indicators , the evaluation of peripheral blood of CPCs in type 2 diabetes and clinical significance . Methods: Flow cytometry was used to detect 52 cases of simple type 2 diabetes (B group) , 55 patients with type 2 diabetes and microvascular number of CD34 cells in the peripheral blood of patients with lesions (C group ) and 20 healthy volunteers (A group ) simultaneous detection of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein , fasting blood glucose , glycosylated hemoglobin , lipids four , C-peptide , body mass index and other clinical indicators . Results : B , C group CD34 cell counts were significantly lower in group A ( P lt; 0.001 ) , group B BMI , FPG, HbA1c , TC , TG , LDL, HDL, hsCRP, C group, age , BMI , FPG, HbA1c , TC , TG , LDL, HDL, C peptide , hsCRP, and group A comparative differences were statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . CD34 cells with the course of the disease , BMI, TG , HbA1C , FPG , hsCRP was negatively correlated with HDL, C peptide showed a positive correlation (P lt; 0.05), age , TC, LDL unrelated . CD34 and course of the disease , TG , HbA1C , FPG, C peptide , hs -CRP between linear relationship (r gt; 0.3, P ≤ 0.001). Using stepwise regression analysis method to filter out triglycerides HbA1C and duration of three indicators CD34 cell count was close negative correlation . Conclusion: The peripheral blood of patients with type 2 diabetes in the CPCs cell count is significantly lower , reduce the extent and type 2 diabetic microvascular disease occurrence related . In CPCs in peripheral blood cells in patients with type 2 diabetes to reduce the presence of the linear correlation with the course , TG , HbA1C , FPG, C peptide , hsCRP , TG, HbA1C and duration of three indicators most closely .
