Objective: To observe and compare the scene in the hills region and dense Daly Niclosamide liquid spray snail effect and toxicity to non-target organisms . Methods: Yushan County in Jiangxi Province, choose three separate snail derelict fields and their associated three reservoirs for the trial scene, the group is divided into dense Daly ridge , dense Daly Tin plate group Niclosamide group and blank control group . Daly dense ridge board sets Wada dosage group are 1 g/m2, Niclosamide group dosage of 2 g/m2. Three groups of liquid volume are 1 kg/m2. Observed in parallel on a sunny day after spraying molluscicidal effect . Meanwhile, put the fish in the pond , shrimp, Chinese Yuan snails, frogs , ducks, goats stocked in various Tanaka , observe closely parallel Daly and Niclosamide impact on non-target organisms . Results: spraying 3 d, 7 d, 15 d, 2 months after the close group of snails Daly ridge corrected mortality were 98.1 %, 97.4 %, 95.6 %, 97.9 % dense Daly Tin plate group was 80.8% 74.1% , 88.8% , 89.9% , niclosamide Tin plate group were 95.6 %, 93.5 %, 95.9 %, 94.9 % natural mortality of snails blank control group were 1.3 %, 1.1 %, 1.5 %, 1.4% . After application of the two -month period , dense ridge group Daly goat Wada plate group no significant adverse reactions , chemotaxis, no change in diet ; stocked pond creatures no significant adverse reactions . Niclosamide group goats no significant adverse reactions , chemotaxis, no change in diet ; duck no significant adverse reactions ; fish, shrimp and frogs, snails in Chinese Yuan 1 d after spraying all died . Stocking blank control group had no significant adverse biological reactions . Conclusion : Password Daly for hilly areas recently when paddy ditch snail better, and no toxicity to non-target organisms , but its long-term effects and snail toxicity to non-target organisms needs further observation .
