Abstract

Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a study of the fairness of the medical and health services in the implementation of the new rural cooperative medical, in order to promote the government to develop a fair and reasonable health policy to improve the farmers fair access to medical and health services to improve the health status of farmers to ease farmers' illness poverty, illness back into poverty \In this paper, the normative and empirical analysis, comparative analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis method of combining the fairness of the medical and health services in the implementation of the new rural cooperative medical research.
