Abstract


This article briefly describes the establishment of the legal status of the concept of outer space , the formation of the legal system in outer space and outer space . Highlights and analysis of national responsibility and damages related to outer space activities , and put forward recommendations to resolve international disputes . At the same time , enhanced spatial dependence of modern war intensified militarization of outer space can not be avoided , the world introduced the corresponding outer space laws and regulations to be constrained . For China, the key to solve the problem in the to improve domestic space law system based on actively seeking international consultation and cooperation , in order to protect the interests of the state to ensure that the inevitable requirement of the national strategic security .
