Abstract


The rise of "global revolution of association forming" has made the Nonprofit Organizations develop prosperously overseas. Within the process of economic globalization, international communication is continuously increased, thus the Nonprofit Organizations in China are unavoidably influenced to melt into the international trend. After China’s entry into WTO, larger quantities of Nonprofit Organizations are to search opportunities to develop in market of China.Additionally, during the improving process of socialist market economic system, the duties of Chinese government are advanced, and the Nonprofit Organizations in China are facing new opportunities and challenges. This paper can be divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background, purpose, meaning, and main reasearch methods of this paper. The second part gives a brief account of the interrelated theories of principles and plans of strategy originally used in Profit Organizations and five theories according to the Nonprofit Organization. The third part analyzes the features of Nonprofit Organizations, its advantages, and the problems that exist in its administration. The four part analyzes from the angle of its circumstance the opportunities and challenges that Nonprofit Organizations in China are facing. IN last part, the author takes X Technical College of Special Education for example to analyze the plans of strategy for development with the help of SWOT.
