Abstract


Socialist society round development and progress of society , the socialist modernization drive is a comprehensive system of social and economic development projects . It requires that we not only have a high degree of material civilization, but also have a high degree of spiritual civilization , political civilization . The more forward the socialist modernization of socialist spiritual civilization construction requirements will be. It can be said that China 's modernization opportunities and challenges co-exist.
