Abstract


Democracy is not born human behavior in the long history of results , it is due to be created for the needs of the community ; as a form of government , democracy must serve the citizens in the political community self- rule . In this context , \discussed specified democracy can be consumed , and the system can be consumed by the carrier, in order to show the institutionalization of democracy can be the key consumer . The text is divided into four chapters , the first chapter , proposed topics of the background and reasons , and a brief overview of the research status of democracy in this topic , the research methods used in the article and writing ideas . Chapter II traced back the origin of democracy , defined democracy from the perspective of the system of government , democracy is a regime created , it has the properties of public goods , is able to be consumed ; consumer democracy is critical to system construction , the institutionalization of democracy . Chapter start from the mode of direct democracy and indirect democracy mode analysis of its social base , discusses the institutional basis of democracy consumption , pointed out that the democratic system is built on a social basis with suitable , the only way to meet the democratic consumer non-exclusive and non-competitive . Chapter tight brought forward the text to clarify that a democratic system of democracy can be consumed carrier build .
