Abstract


The engineering include the nature engineering and the social engineering, political engineering is a branch of social engineering and it is the application of social engineering in the political field. Social engineering is the social main body’s comprehensiveness, scale and complexity practical activity, took social science as theoretical base, and took social technology as operative medium combined with the natural sciences technology. Political engineering is the political main body’s comprehensiveness, scale and complexity political practice, took political science as theoretical base, took political technology as operative medium combined with the natural sciences technology, for the purpose of achieving the social order. Recognizing issues, running issues and value assessment should be the starting point of the research on the political engineering. Recognizing issues includes the basic elements of political engineering, the fundamental aim and research methods; the political engineering running includes its environment and the basic principles, as well as the political engineering decision-making, political engineering design, political engineering operation and political engineering result; political engineering valued-assessment is the final stage, which includes methods of political engineering valued-assessment, procedures of political engineering valued-assessment, and social value of political engineering valued-assessment. The research on the political engineering is of great theoretical and practical significance. That not only to expand the field of social engineering philosophy, improve the system of political theory, also is of great guiding significance for the construction of political civilization; the model of political engineering has a major role for producing more reasonable political system and more harmonious social order.
