Abstract


Objective: Students Yanji accident situation awareness and safety education for high school students to carry out safety education aid to provide scientific basis. Methods: Yanji facilitate the extraction of two of the 650 junior high school students as research subjects, using homemade scale questionnaire survey of its occurrence in the past one year accidental damage, including damage to the frequency of the types of injuries , injury causes and so on. Finally, the input data using Spss 11.5 software for T-test, chi-square test and regression analysis. Results: 1. Yanji City 85.4 percent of the students in that school life is safe. In the sense of security, the survey results show that boys and girls there was a significant difference (x ~ 2 = 3.90, P = 0.048), the boys of the school's sense of security is relatively low. Students in school life satisfaction survey, male and female students are more significant differences, the girls better than boys satisfaction. 2 Yanji City junior high accident rate was 20.47% of the total incidence, the incidence rate was 24.5% in boys and girls incidence of 17.03%, boys and girls were significantly different (x ~ 2 = 5.027, P = 0.025) . The incidence of injury increase with age decreasing trend, 13 years old group was hurt high age. 3 types of injuries found in schools in a type of injury followed by the top three fall injuries (46.9%), an altercation with the students (15.12%), physical education accidents (13.3%), of which an altercation with classmates injuries caused by male and female students compared with a significant difference (x ~ 2 = 4.112, P = 0.043); type of injury in the home in order, are the top three fall injuries (46.78%), food poisoning (29.82%), gas poisoning (5.84%), which caused the injury because of food poisoning compare male and female students with significant differences (x ~ 2 = 8.923, P = 0.003), boys and girls below the situation. 4 healthy habits, the daily amount of smoking, wash hands before meals, to comply with traffic rules boys and girls were significantly different, healthy lifestyle girls better than boys. 5 Health Risk Behavior Survey results showed that: smoking, drinking, playing with fire, and other acts playing in the street, the boys and girls were significantly different for boys than girls. Inappropriate weight loss in girls than boys. 6 of accidental injury caused by factors of health risk behaviors: unprotected sex (OR = 4.332, P = 0.038), playing with fire (OR = 5.492, P = 0.019), handling difficult emotions (OR = 6.864, P = 0.009). 7 77.9% of the students considered it necessary to set up courses in the regular life safety and emergency technical courses. Safety education student learning needs in accordance with the contents of the top three are: accidents (19.06%), school accidents (12.3%) and food poisoning (11.23%). Learning can be used simulation exercises, watching movies / TV, listening to lectures and other wide variety of forms. Conclusion: Yanji junior incidence of accidental injuries 20.45%, and the incidence of boys than girls. Accident occurrence and high school students healthy lifestyle, health risk behavior. Most students think that the lack of life in the regular course safety and emergency technical education content and should therefore be based on the physiological and psychological characteristics of students secure aid education.
