Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection agency is responsible for personnel , ships, aircraft , immigration work department . Open ports , the guardianship of the ship , to prevent ship free to access the quarantine to keep abreast of the ship dynamics , it is a very important part of our work . In order to facilitate the understanding of the position of the ship in a timely manner , the approximate arrival and departure time , without any environmental impact and the ship is ready to monitor the dynamic within the warning area , special design based AIS ( Automatic Identification System ) EAIS ( Electronic Chart vessel monitoring system ) system , the application of this system in our immigration ship care work can greatly improve efficiency , save a lot of human resources . This paper analyzes the subsystem development based AIS border control electronic charts with vessel monitoring system , methods and techniques , including AIX systems , border business systems , mapx electronic chart display , distributed database technology ; and give a complete system design and system core module implementations ; finally discovered after the deployment of the system and improved method .
