The Insurance Broker Integrated Management Information platform is the core in informationize construction of the insurance broker company. It is an integrity essential service system to rule the operation flow, to support the operation development, to improve the management level. This platform is composed of the core operation system, the HR System, the OA System, the Information Center and the Risk Database system. The whole platform adopts the modol of Single Sign On to manage the user’s information, identity, permission, etc. And each subsystem is being built in parallel development, then forms the uniform internal portal for junior enterprise finally.The core operation system is mainly used to manage all sorts of the business in the company, including broker, consultation, reinsurance, claim, etc. The HR System is mainly used to manage the employee, including hire, fire, certificate, contract, salary, assess, check attendance, etc. The OA System is mainly used to examine the documents of inside and outside the company, to apply and send the office stationary, etc. The Information Center and the Risk Database system belong to the field of knowledge database, including the range the related knowledge collection and accumulation. It could provide significant basic data for assistting to accomplish operations and analyzing and decision-making.This thesis analyzes the problems in the insurance broker trade and corporation. And the history problems and the problems what need to be solved now in JiangTai Insurance Broker Co., LTD. base on their actual business and the management requirements are analyzed. The rules of the informationize construction and the short-term and long-term goals are built in this thesis. And based on the information-based request of the CIRC, It makes a comprehensive analysis for the hardware structure, software structures, business requirement, IT technical, system capability. Finally this thesis clarifies the integrated designing ideas of the platform, and gives out a detail planning and design for the whole system functions.This platform has been checked and accepted by the experts, and has been used in Jiang Tai Insurance Broker Co., LTD. Successfully. The system functions satisfied the company’s requirements totally and has got unanimous approval and favorable comment of the customers. Through writing this thesis, I gather my thought again and deepen the understanding for insurance broker business and the system design, and a lot of novel ideas burst out of my mind. I will gradually improve the system and increase the system performance in the following projects, and make it to be a first-class software in the insurance trade.
