Abstract


Monitoring increasingly complex and volatile environment , there is an urgent need to informative images , audio , video and other media to introduce to the sensor network based environmental monitoring activities to achieve fine-grained , accurate information on environmental monitoring . Therefore , the wireless multimedia sensor networks increasingly become a hot research field of sensor networks . This paper focuses on wireless multimedia sensor network audio perception , designs and implements a wireless the audio sensor node system . The system is capable of real - time acquisition of the audio data in the environment , to provide a basis for environmental monitoring applications . This article first wireless multimedia sensor networks technology introduction and analysis . From the hardware design and software design based on two aspects of wireless audio sensor node design , including: chip selection , circuit design and driver design . Finally, in the experimental environment , through ZigBee network networking and audio data acquisition , test the availability of wireless audio sensor node to verify the feasibility of wireless audio sensor networks .
