Abstract


Objective: To analyze , explore the initial surgical treatment of patients with liver cystic echinococcosis gallbladder complications related factors ; Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2004 to December 2010 , 420 cases in the treatment of vascular surgery digest the initial surgical treatment of liver patients with cystic echinococcosis gallbladder complications clinical data , binary Multivariate Logistic regression analysis of possible influencing factors . Gallbladder complication rate was statistically significant factors related to line the chi-square test , further analysis of the gallbladder complications related factors in various types of liver cystic echinococcosis ; Results: indications for surgery of the gallbladder complications the incidence rate of 58.1% ( 244 / 420 ) . Binary multi-factor logistic regression analysis showed that the largest single diameter diameter of liver hydatid lesions (P = 0.02), the lesion total diameter (P = 0.000229), lesions in the intrahepatic bit (P = 0.00000726) and the number of liver lesions ( P = 0.05 ) initial surgical liver in patients with cystic echinococcosis cholecystectomy indications complications related factors (P lt; 0.05), and the patient's gender , age , cholecystitis and gallstones clinical symptoms, hydatid lesions typing and the the abdominal adhesions situation with patients with gallbladder complications related to the extent of the difference was not statistically significant ( P gt; 0.05 ) ; z2 test showed : single lesion diameter ≥ 6cm , the location of hydatid cyst in the liver segment ; total runoff hydatid lesions in 11cm single or multiple contract insects lesions difference ( P lt; 0.05 ) on the impact of the gallbladder complications occurred ; Conclusion: the larger the intrahepatic hydatid lesions single path , the more the number of lesions greater the total runoff and in the liver I segment , the segment Ⅳ , Ⅴ segment , Ⅷ segment , gallbladder complications in patients the incidence will be increased ; and single contract insects lesions , diameter ≧ 6cm , is located in the liver ⅰ segment , Ⅳ segment , Ⅴ Section VIII paragraph gallbladder the possibility of complications than lesions in the liver section Ⅱ , Ⅲ segment , Ⅵ section , Ⅶ segment ; the total diameter smaller than 11cm multi - Employer insects possibility of large gallbladder complications than single contract insects .
