Abstract


As the most important parts in the process of national economic working, how to solve the tri-farmers problems; to improve the rural economic development and lift rural incomes become close to the New Socialist Countryside Construction (NSCC). NSCC can’t develop without the financial supporting while it also provides new opportunities for the financial reform and development. At present, there are still such extant problems to restrict NSCC in Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture as: unreasonable rural-industrial construction, slow rural incomes increasing, lack of rural-working fund and backwardness on the thought of rural economic development on financially. How to solve these contradictories and problems should be thought in the future, as well as how to display financial bridge function and how to improve rural economic development. Using the document survey, questionnaire survey and visiting survey, taking the present rural financial market situation of Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture, based on scientific samples and wide investigations, by statistics analysis, this thesis mainly discovered the present rural financial market situation in Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture, analyzed the extant problems in the rural financial services in Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture and gave some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions thus, provided reliable basis for the development of rural financial market in Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture.
