Abstract


Faced with increasingly fierce market competition, as an important domestic fixed-line telecom operators, China Telecom made do \3G era is likely to be more fierce market competition in an invincible position. In the new round of telecom restructuring, China Telecom will face more opportunities and challenges, the research projects is based on the value chain theory, channel theory, theory of competitive advantage theory, in order to enhance the competitiveness of China Telecom to develop competitive strategies to provide decision Support. This topic is based on theory of competitive advantage, value chain theory, channel theory, a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, value chain and competitive advantage around the relationship between this line, and focus on the relationship between channels and competitive advantages are analyzed and evaluated, while integrated analysis, comparative analysis, evaluation tools such as indicators of China Telecom Group's competitive advantages for system analysis, and on this basis, to comment on its comparative advantage. At the same time, the subject will be mainly through comprehensive index evaluation and reorganization of assets, business integration approach, typical for China Telecom and domestic telecom operators a competitive advantage for a more in-depth comparative study.
