This paper intends to Chengdu second industrial agglomeration . First, the overall analysis of the industry structure of Chengdu Chengdu Industrial irrational industrial structure , industry related degree is not high , small-scale industrial enterprises , industry concentration is low , the study found , indicating the necessity and importance of the Chengdu Research on Industrial Cluster . On this basis , the overarching description of the status quo of the industry gathering in Chengdu from the perspective of industrial layout and the development of industrial parks . Finally , through the acquisition of Chengdu, the industry data , Magnitude derived CES model , economies of scale can be used to measure the quantitative study of the second industrial agglomeration status of Chengdu . The study results show that , the Chengdu economic concentration is relatively poor , and the overall level of industrial clustering in decline . On this basis , the author proposed Chengdu, should promote industrial agglomeration level with people , we must strive to build the cities of Chongqing , Chengdu , Xi'an negotiation mechanism and Chengdu and the province of medium-sized cities coordination mechanism , to avoid vicious competition , and create a win-win situation ; optimize the industrial layout ; give full play to the important role of the government to create a favorable policy and the environment for the development of industrial agglomeration ; integrated industrial park , cultivate leading enterprises , supporting SMEs , and comprehensively promote the development of industrial agglomeration recommendations.
