Objective : To compare the proximal femoral locking plate , DHS and PFNA treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the actual results in clinical applications for clinical intertrochanteric fracture fixation mode selection and provide reference for future studies . Methods: comparative analysis into a total of 66 patients . Wherein the proximal femur open reduction and locking plate fixation in 16 cases, open reduction and DHS fixation in 18 cases, closed reduction and internal fixation 32 cases PFNA . Recorded and compared among patients age, duration of hospitalization, surgical incisions , operative time, blood loss, postoperative drainage , weight-bearing ambulation time , fracture healing time, by post-traumatic Sander's hip score ( Annex 1 ) comparison of hip function good rate , and the data were statistically processed , analyzed. Results: The patient's age , length of stay by rank sum test , P gt; 0.05 difference was not statistically significant. Each group incision length , operative time, blood loss, postoperative drainage , weight-bearing ambulation time , fracture healing time by rank sum test , P lt; 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Each group of post-traumatic hip function scores by chi -square test , P gt; 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion : PFNA compared to other methods of internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures has minimally invasive , bio- mechanics fixed ergonomic advantages for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures have an advantage , in line with the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures future direction of development .
