Abstract


Objective : Retrospective analysis and discussion of the Xinjiang region in patients with autoimmune liver disease associated autoantibodies characteristics and clinical applications. Methods: 696 cases of test subjects were divided into three groups : ( 1 ) autoimmune liver disease group (AILD group ) : in which autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) group of 41 patients with primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) group 142 cases ; ( 2 ) viral hepatitis group : 184 cases of hepatitis B , hepatitis B cirrhosis 81 cases , 160 cases of hepatitis C , hepatitis C cirrhosis 32 cases ; ( 3 ) normal control group of 56 patients . By indirect immunofluorescence (indirect Immunofluorescence, IIF) serum antinuclear antibodies (ANA), anti-mitochondrial antibodies (AMA), anti-smooth muscle antibodies (ASMA) and anti- neutrophil antibodies (ANCA), by immunoblotting ( immunobiotting test, IBT) detection AMA-M2 type , anti- soluble liver antigen / liver pancreas antigen (SLA / LP), anti-kidney microsomal antibody type Ⅰ (LKM-1) and anti-liver cytoplasmic antibody (LC-1) . Results: The group of patients with autoimmune liver ANA positive rate was 88.5% , higher than the other groups (P lt; 0.01); AIH patients with ANA positive rate was 65.9%, ASMA -positive rate of 17 %, higher than the other groups (P lt; 0.05); PBC patients with ANA positive rate was 95.1%, AMA and AMA-M2 subtype positive rate was 84.5% , 82.4 %, significantly higher than the other groups (P lt; 0.05); hepatitis group ANA positive rate was 15.1% (P gt; 0.05), normal control group was 12.5% ​​(P gt; 0.05). Conclusion : Each autoimmune liver disease are accompanied by their characteristic autoantibodies, various types of chronic liver disease autoantibodies routinely performed for the diagnosis and differential AILD has important clinical significance.
