Abstract

Urban waterfront area of ??the city in both natural features and human features, and has strong historical characteristics of the humanistic values. Modern industrial and urban expansion to the urban waterfront brought economic prosperity, as well as environmental pollution, the vitality of the urban waterfront lost. Urban waterfront building never related memories of the city, the urban waterfront space utilization, development, update affect the process of the city's history. The study of urban waterfront vitality to create can inspire urban vitality and promote urban development. By documentary research, field survey method, the synthesis method, summarizing existing research proposed ten principles of the urban waterfront, at the same time gives the concrete to create a method for the vitality of urban waterfront four. Key and difficult problems alone give analysis and submit a detailed solution. The article mainly consists of seven parts: the first part is the introduction, the article introduces the research background, research purpose and significance of the research content and methods related to the concept and research framework. Summarizes the evolving process of urban waterfront development phase, focusing on the urban waterfront vitality create value. The second part of the research at home and abroad. Update, use, development and design of urban waterfront home and abroad theoretical research, cited a meeting held at home and abroad for the Waterfront Spaces Vitality focused analysis of specific cases at home and abroad.
