Abstract

Objective: To understand the the Changsha City prostatic hyperplasia crowd functional status quo, to explore the risk factors associated with ED occurred, provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of. Method: through stratified random sampling method to extract the 378 cases qualified BPH crowd, complete the IPSS, QoL score, and understand their sexual function status quo, to investigate further 266 cases of sexual life in the last six months to complete the IIEF-15 score. For general descriptive analysis of the survey results, compare ED and erectile function related to the normal risk factors, then the existence of ED as the dependent variable, and as independent variables included in the 21 relevant factors such as age, lifestyle, system diseases and LUTS, multivariate logistic regression analysis, and logistic regression model to analyze the impact of relevant factors on the relative risk of ED. :1.50-59-year-old middle-aged men 378 cases, an average of 61.5 ± 4.9 years old, 50-59 year-old group of 124 cases; 60-69 age group 254 cases, two groups report sexual life accounted for 78.9%, 66.1% . The average age of the 111 cases, 378 cases of sexually stop sex life is 60.8 ± 4.3 years; sexual life who in the last six months 266 cases, the suffering of ED170 patients (63.9%), its light, moderate and severe were 140 cases ( 52.6%), 16 cases (6.0%) and 14 patients (5.3%). Frequency of sexual activity 1-2 times per month, 72.6%; monthly sex life 3-4 times, accounting for 23.3%; libido, sometimes sexual libido, respectively accounting for 35.0%, most of the time, 37.6 and 23.3%; less satisfied, basically satisfied, very satisfied, 24.8%, 60.9%, 0.8%, respectively. 2 multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that: age (OR = 1.10,95% CI :1.03-1 .17), smoking (OR = 1.93,95% CI :1.06-3 .52), drinking (OR = 2.47, 95% CI: 1.28-4.77), hypertensive disease (OR = 2.03,95% CI :1.14-3 .60), hyperlipidemia, hypertriglyceridemia (OR = 2.54,95% CI :1.39-4 .63), diabetes (OR = 2.75,95% CI: 1.25-6.04), urinary symptoms (OR = 1.90,95% CI :1.02-3 .69) and QoL ≥ 3 (OR = 1.94,95% CI :1.05-3 .93) the risk factors of ED ≥ 2 weekly exercise times (OR = 0.54,95% CI :0.29-0 .99) protective factors for ED. Conclusion: 1. The Changsha BPH crowd ED prevalence was 63.9%, and its light, moderate and severe were 52.6%, 6.0% and 5.3%. 2. Monthly frequency of sexual activity does not exceed 4 times accounted for 95.9%, a holistic life satisfaction by 61.7%, less frequency of sexual activity, but a higher rate of overall satisfaction. Age, smoking, alcohol consumption, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, urinary endless and QoL score for ED risk factors of physical activity per week, ≥ 2 times for ED protective factors.
