Objective To investigate the level of serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), endothelin -1 (ET-1) levels of coronary heart disease patients with chronic left ventricular failure and pulmonary artery pressure (PAP) and its relationship with cardiac function. Queue select from November 2009 to September 2010 to stay in our hospital Cardiology, clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease patients with 161 cases of chronic left ventricular failure, 30 cases of non-heart failure patients hospitalized in the same period of the control group. All patients underwent routine blood, urine, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray and echocardiography, and other tests, and exclusion of acute myocardial infarction in patients with autoimmune diseases, cancer, chronic liver disease and renal dysfunction. Exclude congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy and acute myocardial infarction in patients with heart failure. By enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay serum of BNP, ET-1 level, cardiac Doppler ultrasound recording of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), tricuspid regurgitation law estimated measured pulmonary artery pressure. SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis and data to compare differences Pearson correlation analysis, Binary Logistic regression analysis. Results, compared with the normal control group of patients with coronary heart disease of chronic left ventricular failure level of pulmonary artery pressure and serum BNP and ET-1 concentrations were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant (p lt; 0.05); coronary heart disease chronic left heart failure in patients with pulmonary arterial pressure levels and serum BNP and ET-1 concentrations with New York Heart Association functional classification increased significantly elevated, a statistically significant difference (p lt; 0.05) between the classification of various heart function; via Pearson correlation analysis of crown heart disease chronic left heart failure in patients with serum BNP levels and LVEF was negatively correlated (r = -0.628, p lt; 0.001); were positively correlated (r = 0.346, p lt; 0.001) and left atrial diameter (LAD), and LVEDD was positively correlated (r = 0.541, p lt; 0.001) 4, serum ET-1 concentrations in patients with coronary heart disease chronic left ventricular failure and PAP were positively correlated (r = 0.775, p lt; 0.01); negatively correlated with LVEF (r = -0.619 , P lt; 0.001); LAD showed a positive correlation (r = 0.337, p lt; 0.001), LVEDD showed a positive correlation (r = 0.549, p lt; 0.001); 5, coronary heart disease in patients with chronic left ventricular failure serum BNP concentration and ET-1 concentrations were positively correlated (r = 0.721, p lt; 0.001): 6, Binary Logistic regression analysis, the results suggest that ET-1 (B = 680, p = 0.020) as an independent risk factor for pulmonary hypertension. Conclusion 1, the serum of BNP, ET-1 concentration and level of pulmonary arterial pressure in coronary heart disease in patients with left ventricular failure was significantly higher; 2, serum of BNP, ET-1 concentration and the level of pulmonary artery pressure heart failure may increase significantly increased; 3 ET-1 levels are closely related to the pulmonary artery pressure, an independent risk factor for pulmonary hypertension; coronary heart disease in patients with chronic left heart failure, patients with high pulmonary arterial pressure relative pulmonary artery pressure normal higher BNP, ET-1 level; 5, the serum of BNP, ET-1 level of concentration and pulmonary artery pressure in patients with heart failure severity is closely related to the detection of coronary artery disease left heart failure in patients with BNP, ET-1 concentration and pulmonary artery pressure levels on the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of patients with heart failure significance.
