Abstract


Objects:To explore the anxiety and depression Status and influencing factors of Pre-delievery Pregnant women, and to provide the theoretical basis of psychological interventions.Methods:The method of questionaire survey was used to get some information from 449 Pre-delievery pregnant women in my hospital (be pregnant for over 37 weeks to 41+6 weeks). The message in the questionnaire was about basic features of pregnant women and related factors designed by myself, Zung Depression Scale (Self—Rating Depression Scale, SDS), self—rating anxiety scale (Self—Rating Anxiety Scale, SAS) and the Social Support Rating Scale (social support rating scale, SSRS). All data were analyzed by SPSS software Version 15.0. Statistical methods included descriptive statistics, chi—square (x2) test, logistic regression analysis.Results:The survey questionnaires were distributed 450, back 450, and 449 questionnaires were valid, the effective response rate was 99.78%.154 of the 449 pregnant women were anxious, the anxiety rate was 34.3%,203 of the 449 pregnant women were depressed; the depression rate was 45.2%.The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors on anxiety for pre-delievery pregrant woman were rural area for permanent residence(P=0.005,OR=2.306), the heavy degree of early response to pregnant(p=0.001,OR=7.990), bad relationship between mother in law and daughter(p=0.019,OR=1.875), the bad history of abnormal pregnancy of relatives and friends(p=0.033,OR=1.905), no satisfaction with living conditions(p=0.000,OR=3.067), and the protective factors were the only child(p=0.002,OR=0.391),≥45.3 for the score of social support rating scale. Risk factors on depression for pre-delievery pregnancy woman were 1000-3000、>3000 for per capita family income monthly(p= 0.030,P=0.001 respectively, OR=3.174,OR=7.246 respectively), general family support(p=0.009,OR=3.167), no satisfaction with living conditions(p=0.000,OR=2.461), poor marital relationship (p= 0.024, OR=2.241), bad pregnancy history of relatives and friends (p= 0.008, OR=2.261), and the protective factors were 4-7 times and≥8 times for the number of prenatal care (p=0.001,p=0.024 respectively, OR=0.284, OR=0.395 respectively),≥45.3 for. the score of social support rating scale(p=0.001,OR=0.469)Conclusion:The incidences of anxiety and depression of pre-delievery pregnant women were high. We should pay close attention to their anxiety and depression, strengthen psychological care, and take appropriate psychological intervention if necessary in order to ensure the smooth delivery of Pre-delievery pregnant women.
