Objective:1、Investigating on the demographic features and the health behavior of the widowed older women,studying the affective factors of the health behaviour.2、Studying the affective factors of the specific nursing interference to the widowed older women.3、Resulting specific nursing interference’s contents and methods, for further specific nursing interference offering some reference foundation.Methods:I adopted the stratified random sampling in Jiamusi and adopting scale of health promoting lifestyle and demographic questionnaire, in May,2010～June,2010,studing health behavior to randomly selected 483 the widowed older women.I analysis the affective factors of the widowed elderly people. In July,2010 to October,2010 selected 41 the widowed older women(except one), for them, I protected specific nursing interference for three month and studied the physical examination,medical compliance behaviour and health promoting lifestyle about the widowed older women.Result:1、In the scale of health promoting lifestyle, I know the score around 0-156, 483 persons have 79.79±24.24. In six scales, the self-realization, the interpersonal relationship, the sports, the healthy responsibility, nutrition, the pressure treatment, the scores are 13.26±4.86,14.67±4.99,10.92±5.18,13.42±5.25,15.37±5.02, 12.15±4.36, the scores indicators are 49.11%,54.41%,45.46%,49.78%,56.93%, 50.63%. The nutrition percentage is the highest, the lower ones are the healthy responsibility, the pressure treatment, the healthy responsibility, the self-realization and the sports.The widowed older women’s health promoting lifestyle’s score is 51.15%, it’s lower level.2、The study results suggest:main factors affecting the widowed old women health promoting lifestyle from large to small economic revenue, followed by living arrangement, occupation, age, suffering from chronic diseases, education, and medical insurance.That retired former occupation as administrative and technical personnel, higher age, species less risk of chronic diseases, higher levels of education, medical insurance for widowed elderly women, the more its beneficial health behavior.3、Through the pre and post compare for widowed older women, the peace heart beat and post-exercise-rate have statistical significance (P<0.05).The peace heart beat reduce 1.98%,and the post-exercise-rate reduce 2.01%.4, Through the pre and post compare for widowed older women, in the systolic blood pressure, the blood glucose and the triglyceride, it has statistical significanc (P<0.05). the blood glucose reduces 47.4%, the systolic blood pressure reduces 9.26%, and the triglyceride reduces 28%. For the diastolic blood pressure and the weight,it has not statistical significance.But they are better than before. The diastolic blood pressure reduce 2.09%, the weight lose 6.5%.5、Investigation results shows that for widowed older women, the medical compliance behaviour has significantly increased. It has statistical significance (P<0.05) in hospitalizing in time, having confidence for further, low fat and low sugar diet,learning disease knowledge, insisting long-term taking medicine and keeping fit. But regular physical examination and low salt diet have not statistical significance, while have obvious improvement.6、After the interference, the widowed older women in scale health promoting lifestyle has statistical significance at sports, the healthy responsibility and the nutrition. It improved In self-realization, the pressure treatment and the interpersonal relationship.Results:1、The specific nursing interference can affected low the widowed older women’s the blood press, blood lipid, and blood glucose level. Hight salt diet has improving, improving the medical compliance behavior, chronic diseases gets controlling and promoteing health lifestyle.2、The result proved that the interference implementing scheme is feasible and some interference affect. For later, community nurses have the effective,economic, convenient and high-quality method that bout how to better guide the older establishment more health behaviour.3、In study, a big part of the widowed older women have low knowledge, low income, taking chronic diseases and a part of them have no medical insurance. Like them, only relying on nursing interference is not enough, they need support and assistance from family and society, more economy support from the government.
