Abstract


Domestic and international studies have shown that nurse is a high-risk occupation, nurses working in such a high-risk environment, will cause some degree of harm to their physical and mental health, and how to correctly understand and deal with the risk of nursing work, will their work The impact of the level of commitment and turnover intention. However, in previous studies, there is little concerned about the risk of nursing work tend to impact on the nurses job involvement and separation. The non-active-duty civilian nurse is a special group of the army hospital care team, charged with the major responsibility for the majority of officers and soldiers to provide medical support. Therefore, the work of the special group risk perception, job involvement and turnover intention, has a very important role in raising the level of management of human resources of this special group of military hospitals and significance. The main content of the research is to explore the non-commissioned civilian nurses in military hospitals, individual variable differences in the work risk perception, job involvement and turnover intention; analysis to study the work of the non-commissioned civilian nurses risk perception, job involvement and turnover intention interaction; intermediary role of mediating variables to explore the work of risk perception on turnover intention and job involvement. Scale according to the actual situation of the subject to be modified, and the formation of this study by analyzing the literature, reference literature survey questionnaire and the implementation of the survey. Descriptive statistics, T-test, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis, statistical methods of data analysis. In this study, the following results: 1 non-commissioned civilian nurses working risk perception overall average score of 2.53 ± 0.49 (five-point scale scoring), job involvement overall average score of 3.40 ± 0.45 (five-point scale scoring), turnover intention overall The average score 2.91 ± 0.79 (five-point scale scoring). The work risk perception and turnover intention significant positive correlation. Risk perception and risk of the overall work feel and turnover intention showed a significant positive correlation. The risk and nurses fear job injury, can not eliminate or reduce this high risk of psychological or physical harm, increased its turnover intention. Working Risk Perception and job involvement have significantly negative correlation. 4. Between the two dimensions of job involvement risk feelings and turnover intention to play an intermediary role, which means that the risk of non-commissioned civilian nurses feel will be affected by the impact of job involvement intention to quit.
