Abstract


With the extensive application of the network - based electronic interaction in the economic and social life , accompanying students network disputes gradually prominent , whether in civil or criminal level , have gradually risen to the judicial hierarchy . States promulgated the Electronic Signature Act , provides the legal basis for the identification of digital signature technology . The digital signature is a special kind of electronic evidence , and its value in the judicial practice in its means of forensic evidence of the effectiveness with which the associated electronic data judgment . The papers from the digital signature technology oriented judicial practice , at home and abroad for digital signature legislation and judicial practice to explore , through a combination of technical and legal practice , research digital signature verification technology in the judicial system , to determine the electronic signature validity of the data , make a neutral judgment attribution of electronic data , combined with a specific digital signature scheme , digital signature forensic process simulation to achieve .
