Abstract


Objective: To observe Chubi Tang Peng grass type Ⅱ collagen -induced arthritis (CIA) in serum IL-1β, TNF-α and PGE2 inflammatory factors and mechanisms. Methods: 10 rats were randomly selected as a control group , and the remaining 50 build collagen Ⅱ -induced rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine of high , medium and low dose group , triptolide group and model group , and triptolide group as a positive control group was observed 6 weeks to evaluate Punta grass Chubi decoction on CIA rats double rear foot joint swelling , joint pain index dual rear foot as well as the inhibition of body weight and peripheral serum IL-1β, TNF- α and PGE2 levels. Results: Compared with model group , the treatment groups significantly inhibited rat paw edema after dual degree (P lt; 0.01, P lt; 0.05) and double rear foot joint pain index (P lt; 0.01); medicine high, dose group could significantly improve weight gain (P lt; 0.01, P lt; 0.05); each treatment group improved serum IL-1β, TNF-α and PGE2 levels were significantly better than the model group (P lt; 0.01), which Chinese medicine dose group IL-1β, TNF-α levels significantly better than the inhibition of triptolide group (P lt; 0.05), high dose group decreased PGE2 levels better (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion : Punta grass soup Chubi CIA rat paw swelling inhibits and reduces joint pain index , effectively improve the symptoms of arthritis in CIA rats , and its mechanism may be associated with reduced serum proinflammatory cytokines IL-1β, TNF-α and related to the level of PGE2 , worthy of further research and development is a pure traditional Chinese medicine .
