Abstract

Objective: To observe Guizhi Fuzi decoction on rheumatoid arthritis in rats explore Guizhi Fuzi Decoction on the mechanism of action of the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, to provide more adequate scientific basis for the clinical application of the \. Materials and methods: ordinary level 40 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: group (A), model group (B), Guizhi Fuzi Decoction group (C group), Tripterygium group (D group), n = 10. Except for group A B C D three groups of rats under sterile conditions, each of the right rear foot pad of the intradermal injection of Freund's complete adjuvant, 0.1 ml of the so-prepared model of rheumatoid arthritis. Modeling 7d, C give Guizhi Fuzi Tang decoction 1.5 ml/100g weight / administration, A, B two groups were given the same amount of sterile saline, D group were given Tripterygium glycosides aqueous solution 1mg/l00g weight / administration. Blood 28d in the detection of the indicators, and take the left ankle, making biopsy, light microscopy observation. Results: 1 the animal state model group, Guizhi Fuzi soup group Tripterygium group rats modeling right rear toe gradually swelling peaked after 1d swelling began to subside after a 3d again 8d swelling, peaked in the first 14d. The swelling congestive redness, touch apparent Dodge behavior. Rat dyskinesia, fatigue, food intake, there are varying degrees of reduction. From the 10d, the model group left hind leg and forelimb obvious swelling, inflammatory nodules and erythema of the ears and tail, the secondary reaction of the nasal mucosa hyperemia; Guizhi Fuzi Decoction secondary reaction is not obvious, the left hind limb swelling is not obvious. Biopsy observation blank group no inflammatory cell infiltration, normal synovial tissue of the joint cavity, synovial cell arrangement rules; model group many inflammatory cell infiltration, thickening of the synovial tissue, synovial tissue proliferation and irregular arrangement , the capsule rough edge, organizational structure defects; Guizhi Fuzi decoction group has a small amount of inflammatory cell infiltration, normal synovial tissue cells arranged in basic no necrotic tissue hyperplasia and bulk, slightly rough surface; the Tripterygium group also had a few inflammatory cell infiltration, showing mild hyperplasia of the synovial tissue envelope is slightly rough. Serum IL-6 concentration blank group and model group and Guizhi Fuzi decoction group compared statistically significant (P lt; 0.01), but the blank group and triptolide group was not statistically significant (P gt ; 0.05). Guizhi Fuzi soup group compared with triptolide group although the statistical significance (P lt; 0.05), but no significant differences. Guizhi Fuzi decoction group and triptolide and model groups is statistically significant (P lt; 0.01). Serum TNF-α concentrations AA rat model group and blank group, Guizhi Fuzi Decoction group, Tripterygium group was statistically significant (P lt; 0.01), blank group and triptolide group as well as Guizhi Fuzi decoction group compared statistically significant (P lt; 0.01), but the the the Tripterygium group, and Guizhi Fuzi soup group drug no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05). Lymphocyte transformation rate model group and blank group, Guizhi Fuzi soup group, Tripterygium group was statistically significant (P lt; 0.01), blank group and triptolide group Guizhi Fuzi decoction group also statistically significant (P lt; 0.01), but the the the Tripterygium group, and Guizhi Fuzi soup group drug no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05). On the the serum hemolysin values ??impact model group and the control group, Guizhi Fuzi soup group Tripterygium group, a statistically significant (P lt; 0.01), blank group and triptolide group and Guizhi Fuzi Decoction group also statistically significant (P lt; 0.01), but the the the Tripterygium group, and Guizhi Fuzi soup group drug no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05). Conclusion: 1. Guizhi Fuzi Decoction treatment of rheumatoid arthritis really works by reducing inflammatory mediators in rheumatoid arthritis serum, inhibition of cellular and humoral immune hyperthyroidism to reduce body inflammation, improve joint microcirculation and Adjust the role of immunization. Relieve rheumatoid arthritis in rats 2 Guizhi Fuzi soup synovitis, inhibition of inflammatory cytokines, lowered lymphocyte transformation rate and serum hemolysin value, fully embodies the role of the yin and yang of this side.
