Abstract


Previous studies have shown that social preferences is not only universal fairness preference exist objectively , and with a wide range of socio-economic activities . As one of the largest gap between rich and poor countries , the issue of social equity allocation has become a prominent contradictions in China's economic construction . Paper selected as the research object of this special group of operators of China 's listed companies , research equity preference of the group 's existence and its decay characteristics of the path , the utility function of the form of development consistent with the characteristics of the groups on the basis of existing research on guidance China 's listed companies , staff incentives , such as corporate governance system is of great significance . Firstly, using the survey method to prove that the operators of the listed companies in China there is a fair preference select managers'salary , promotion mechanism , outside contacts , as well as several of the classic game experiments four dimensions to design a questionnaire . Then design a reference dependent experiments and analysis of experimental data to equity preference sensitivity decay path characteristics . Finally , in the West has been studied on the basis of fairness preference characteristics of the performance of the group of non - fair circumvention utility function expression . This article main results are as follows : derived by statistical analysis of the results of the survey : the operators perceived fairness of pay and advancement to its willingness to pay positively related to the level of hard work ; exchanges for the outside world , whether internal colleagues , or the Company 's external partners , operators are showing preference based on \the experimental results of experimental economists basically. Reference to the dependence of the experimental results show that : equity preference of listed companies operating in China , respectively exhibit from the sympathy preference and jealousy preferences both in terms of different decay path characteristics . For compassion preference decay path exhibit decreasing sensitivity characteristics, showed sensitivity incremented characterized For jealous preference , the decay path . In addition, on the basis of existing research to the amendment fair circumvention utility function expression has been able to demonstrate this feature .
