Objective:To observe mechanism and study the efficacy of Matrine soup on the healing of surgical wounds of simple low anal fistula .Methods: Select 60 patients with the simple low anal fistula,including 30 cases of the treatment group,the control group of 30 patients.From the second day,the treatment group was used the Matrine soup washing the surgical wound,and the control group with the Huaziye soup .Both groups were used Hongfeng gauze to treat wounds for the first week after surgery. From the second week,both groups were used Muogenic Yu-cream gauze once a day,until the wounds was healed.Wound exudations,wound healing and adverse reactions were observed.Results: There was significant difference in effect of two groups.The effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in healing and reducing adverse rections.Conclusion: With the role of replenishing qi, invigorating blood circulation, dissipating heat, and drying the damp, Matrine soup can accelerate wound healing, and relieve pain, exudate, and other early symptoms.
