Abstract


Acute pancreatitis is abdominal surgical diseases, the incidence of severe pancreatitis in recent years gradually increased . Because of its large physiological disruption , but also for all major organ damage obvious, it is high mortality rate . Sometimes can cause sudden death. Severe pancreatitis mortality rate was 20% , with complications up to 50% . Although there is no medicine that nonaggressive pancreatitis , but its pathogenesis has its own unique awareness and as a basis for diagnosis and treatment in recent years, traditional Chinese medicine used in the treatment of pancreatitis , and Western medicine treatment with good results achieved , this article as discussed Salvia blood stasis drugs commonly used for the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis Objective: Salvia injection in the treatment of acute severe pancreatitis efficacy of the process . Methods: June 2008 to February 2011 revenues hospital 62 cases of acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group , both groups used conventional Western medicine , the treatment group was based on the use Danshen injection intravenous drip Note . Results : The treatment group of symptoms and signs disappeared time , serum amylase , WBC and other laboratory examinations recovery and average length of hospital stay was significantly lower than the observation group , the total efficiency is also high compared with the observation group . Conclusion: Danshen injection in the treatment of acute severe pancreatitis can improve the clinical efficacy and duration , can significantly slow down the development of severe acute pancreatitis . .
