Abstract


Objective : the observed photodynamic therapy (Photodynamic therapy, PDT) Joint the spleen Huazhuo side treatment of central exudative chorioretinopathy (central exudative chorioretinopathy, CEC) clinical efficacy . Research Methods : PDT combined the spleen Huazhuo party for Chinese medicine intervention group alone PDT group as the control group , and clinical observation . Summary analysis of fundus fluorescein angiography (fundus fluorescein angiography, FFA) and optical coherence tomography (optic coherencetomography, OCT) diagnosed 46 cases of central exudative chorioretinal lesions (CEC) 46 patients suffering from eye line PDT January before treatment and after treatment , clinical data for March . Reference to TAP standards set by photodynamic therapy programs , traditional Chinese medicine intervention group 21 cases , 21 eyes , PDT group of 25 patients , 25 eyes , best corrected visual acuity (best-corrected visualacuity, BCVA), FFA and OCT examination results were observed PDT treatment , evaluation the spleen Huazhuo side impact of the outcome of the patient's condition . Results : PDT the spleen Huazhuo party for Chinese intervention group , only the PDT group as a control group . Clinical treatment in January and March , two sets of best corrected visual acuity contrast was not statistically significant ; two sets of FFA after 3 months of treatment , the Chinese intervention group the fluorescein leakage disappear significantly better than the PDT group ( P <0.05 ) ; after treatment in January and March OCT macular thickness of traditional Chinese medicine in the intervention group and choroidal neovascularization ( choroidal neovascularization , CNV ) , the thickness of the composite body is less than the PDT group ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion: the joint spleen Huazhuo of photodynamic therapy (PDT) to effectively promote the absorption of central exudative chorioretinopathy (CEC) in patients with retinal edema , reduce exudation , a long time after the Chinese intervention , is conducive to maintaining PDT role stability.
