Abstract


Hospital-acquired pneumonia (HAP) is not in the incubation time of admission and after 48 hours of admission to pneumonia. Stroke due to bed and gag reflex, cough reflex disorders induced hospital-acquired pneumonia is the most common complication of its early one, it is a common complication of stroke and stroke patients with the most common causes of death. In recent years, the incidence of stroke is rising, while the stroke incidence of hospital-acquired pneumonia, stroke is the leading cause of death, serious impact on the prognosis of stroke, the study of this disease has attracted domestic and foreign scholars. Currently, the conventional treatment for this disease with antibiotics mainly because antibiotics widely used in our clinic, hospital-acquired pneumonia pathogens complexity, drug resistance, treatment difficult. Hospital-acquired pneumonia in Chinese disease belonging to \and other deficiencies. Therefore, the clinical need to filter out a relatively good reliable treatment methods to improve the efficacy and reduce the patient's pain, reduce the burden on families and society as a whole. The purpose of this study is through clinical research, observation and objective evaluation of the Qing Decoction for treatment of stroke combined hospital-acquired pneumonia clinical effect and the drug's safety. Methods: 60 cases of stroke combined hospital-acquired pneumonia patients were randomly divided into two groups, the test group of 30 patients in the control group of 30 patients, 60 patients were routinely given antibiotics and phlegm, asthma drug therapy, given conventional treatment of stroke experimental group in the conventional treatment based on the use Qingjin phlegm decoction for treatment, fry 300 ml per dose, each 100 ml, three times daily. Treatment for seven days, before and after treatment syndromes, clinical symptoms, signs of change, and before and after treatment of blood, urine, feces, ECG, chest X-ray and other tests. Results: Before treatment, the experimental group and the control group of the indicators showed no significant difference in the test group after treatment, symptoms, signs and blood, chest X-ray and other indicators of improvement than the control group. Conclusion: Combined with Western Medicine Qing Decoction for Treatment of Stroke combined hospital-acquired pneumonia have better clinical efficacy, safety and reliability.
