Abstract


Purpose:To study the effect of Qufeng Qiangshen san point-application on the type of apolipoprotein ii of collagen inducement arthritis rats serum IFN-γ、IL-4 and Th1/Th2 in collagenⅡinduced arthritis (CIA) rats.To explore the spring and autumn point-application is a new treatment may apply to the role of the joint mechanism. and observe the change, as a pathological apply theory to provide treatment rheumatoid arthritis. Observate the standards of point -application to treat the rheumatoid arthritis. Point-application with the treatment collagenⅡinduced arthritis (CIA) rats group and methotrexate in the treatment collagenⅡinduced arthritis (CIA) rats group, patching plus methotrexate in the tr eatment collagenⅡinduced arthritis (CIA) rats group and model collagenⅡinduced arthritis (CIA) rats group in the IFN-γ, IL-4 compared with a signi ficant difference (P <0.05), and a patching plus ammonia Neopterin IFN-γtr eatment collagenⅡinduced arthritis (CIA) rats group was significantly lower than point-application therapy collagenⅡinduced arthritis (CIA) rats group and MTX collagenⅡinduced arthritis (CIA) rats group (P <0.05), IL-4 was significantly higher than point-application th erapy collagenⅡinduced arth ritis (CIA) rats group and MTX collagenⅡinduced arthritis (CIA) rats group (P <0.05); patching IFN-γtreatment collagenⅡinduced arthritis (CIA) rats group than methotrexate in the treatment collagenⅡinduced arthritis (CIA) rats group, IL-4 than methotrexate in the treatment collagenⅡinduced arthritis (CIA) rats group, but not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Th1/Th2 ratio: the collagenⅡinduced arthritis (CIA) rats group and model collagenⅡinduced arthritis (CIA) rats group P <0.05, statistically significant. Model control collagenⅡinduced arthritis (CIA) rats group, point -application therapy collagenⅡinduced arthritis (CIA) rats group and metho trexate in the treatment collagenⅡinduced arthritis (CIA) rats group compared with methotrexate plus patching P <0.05, statistically significant. Methotr exate plus point–appli cation collagenⅡinduced arthritis (CIA) rats group was significantly lower than the methotrexate collagenⅡinduced arthritis (CIA) rats group and point- application therapy collagenⅡinduced arthritis (CIA) rats group, P<0.05, statistically significant.Conclusion:1. the results show that: Point Application treat on the rheumatoid arthritis in rats is exactly.2. regulating Th1/Th2 ratio is one of the way to prevent the rheumatoid arthritis that using the Point Application.
