Abstract


Purpose:Clinical jaundice of tumor patients of the clinical features of traditional Chinese medicine to these patients the impact on survival. Jaundice characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine differentiation (Yin Huang, Yang Huang), and sex; jaundice characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine differentiation (Yin Huang, Yang Huang) and the Chinese jaundice, liver tumor, bulging the merger between the disease characteristics and survival of patients Internal relations, the application Kaplan-Meier survival curve method to draw a single factor non-parametric comparison.Results:Collected a total of 35 cases of cancer in patients with jaundice.1.in cancer patients, patients with combined traditional Chinese medicine were more than Yin Yang Huang (63% vs.37%, P = 0.036); Western obstructive jaundice appears the total number of patients 77% (27/35) than over other types of jaundice, with significant difference statistically significant (P <0.05);2.tumor with Chinese Yin Huang patient survival was significantly shorter than over Yang Huang patients (mean survival 2.7Mvs.5.7M, the median survival 1.5Mvs.6.0M, LogRank test P = 0.038);3.with liver tumor and (or) to swell the jaundice patient survival was significantly shorter (P <0.05);4.jaundice with hepatic or bulging of the patient tumor than over product and bulging with hepatic jaundice patients have not yet reflect the significant survival advantage (P> 0.05)Conclusion:1.cancer patients of jaundice to TCM because of the virtual yellow shade yellow caused more common in patients. The majority of patients with obstructive jaundice prompted to accept the majority of patients percutaneous transhepatic drainage (PTCD) or endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERC) by Huang et biliary stent parallel non-surgical palliative treatment of Western medicine possible.2.Chinese Yin jaundice patients, jaundice, hepatic tumor and (or) bulging significantly shorter survival of patients;Chinese hepatic jaundice Once that product or bulging body organs function to mark the decline and poor prognosis, survival was significantly shortened. On this basis, if clinical jaundice, liver tumor, abdominal distension the three diseases combined bulge on the survival of the situation was no longer significant.
