Objective To explore healthy young men taking β-blockers plasma concentration of carvedilol after blood pressure, heart rate, resting ECG P wave maximum, P-wave duration minimum dispersion in the P wave between PR interval, QRS interval, QRS interval dispersion, the dispersion of the QT interval before treatment with or without significant resistance changes observed with the plasma concentration Carvedilol antiarrhythmic provide the basis for the mechanism. Materials and Methods The subjects were 40 male youth in healthy volunteers, with an average age of 22.95 years (21 to 25 years old). Were randomly divided into two groups, 20 cases for the test group, 20 patients of the control group. The two groups of age, height, weight, body mass index, there was no significant difference. 48 hours before the test, the volunteers complete history taking, physical examination, and the laboratory tests. Test group fasting after 10 pm the day before the test, trial date of morning fasting blood samples immediately oral test reagents carvedilol 20mg (2 Pian) 200ml warm water delivery service. The subjective symptoms ie the medication after 0.5,1,2,3,4,6,8,10,24 hour half an hour before and after each time point, sitting blood pressure, heart rate, heart rate, twelve-lead ECG and blood were observed medication concentration indicators. Another 20 cases as the control group not taking the drugs, and the same point in time of the test group that -0.5,0.5,1,2,3,4,6,8,10,24 hour monitoring of sitting blood pressure, heart rate and rhythm, twelve-lead ECG. Were measured in the two groups at each time point P wave maximum (minimum P the max ), P-wave duration (of P min ), P-wave duration dispersion ( P d ), PR interval, QRS of period (QRSD), QRS interval the discrete degree (QRS d ) QT interval dispersion (QT d ). Application SPSS12.0 software for statistical processing, to compare the indicators each time point before treatment after treatment, the equivalent medication before and after the point in time the results were compared to the control group, paired t-test. Indicators and the treatment group and the control group at each time point compared line two independent samples t-test. Results are compared before all time points systolic and diastolic blood pressure with medication after medication were significantly reduced (P <0.01); the control group in addition to the four hours systolic blood pressure compared with -0.5 hours significantly reduced (P <0.05), the rest of the time point -0.5 hour blood pressure compared to no significant change (P> 0.05). Systolic and diastolic blood pressure results of the test group and the control group at each time point compared blood pressure were significantly lower (P <0.01) except -0.5 hours; pilot group the 0.5,3 hour heart rate after treatment with medication before no significant change (P> 0.05) (downward trend): compared to the rest of the time point before the heart rate with medication have significantly lower (P <0.01); control group, in addition to a significant increase in the equivalent 6,8 hours after medication, heart rate, and -0.5 hours fast (P <0.05), more than the results at each time point and -0.5 hours, there was no significant change (P> 0.05); experimental group compared with control group addition to medication 0.5,1,2,3, 24 hours each time the control group, heart rate have significantly slowed down (P <0.01); maximum after treatment at each time point, P-wave duration, dispersion in P wave between before treatment showed no significant change (P> 0.05); point of maximum P wave dispersion in P wave between compared with the results of -0.5 hours nor a significant difference (P> 0.05), the test group and the control group at each time point results were compared there was no significant difference (P > 0.05). At each time point PR interval before treatment after treatment showed no significant change (P> 0.05) (extended trend); control group significantly shorter the equivalent six hours after the medication PR interval and -0.5 hours, I each time point results with -0.5 hours, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05), the test group and the control group at each time point results showed no significant change (P> 0.05) (extended trend); medication at all time points after the QRS the dispersion of the interval, QRS duration, QT dispersion before treatment showed no significant change (P> 0.05); control group at each time point and -0.5 hours also no significant difference (P> 0.05), the test group compared with the control group at each time point parameters, in addition to the 1, 2 and 3 hours after taking the QRS interval was significantly longer (P <0.01), the remaining point in time QRS interval and the rest of the parameters did not change significantly (P> 0.05 ); plasma concentration after taking the mean over time gradually increased, reached a peak one hour after taking the drug, and then gradually decline. QRS duration and plasma concentrations were positively correlated, the dispersion of the QRS interval, QT dispersion and plasma concentration was no significant correlation. Control group and the test group, PR interval, and heart rate was negatively correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion a single oral dose of carvedilol can reduce normal young men systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate, but the subjects were well tolerated. 2 of normal young men between P wave dispersion in a single oral dose of carvedilol, QRS interval dispersion, QT interval dispersion no statistically significant impact. A single oral dose of carvedilol was extend the trend of the PR interval of normal young men, but did not reach statistical significance. 4.QRS interval with changes in the plasma concentration of both a positive correlation between the plasma concentration and blood pressure, heart rate, electrocardiogram each interval and dispersion found no significant correlation.
