Objective : To observe the clinical efficacy the heat Xiehuo hypertension neck artery atherosclerosis , and to explore the related theory of pathogenesis for anti- atherosclerosis , plaque stabilization and secondary prevention of stroke provide useful ideas TCM prevention . Methods: hypertension carotid atherosclerosis FHP 67 patients were randomly divided into two groups . Conclusion: the heat Xiehuo combined basis of western medicine treatment with a stable and to reduced carotid atherosclerotic plaque role , can effectively improve the clinical symptoms , slow down the process of atherosclerosis of the carotid artery .
