Abstract


The network psychological counseling as a new mode of psychological counseling, because of its special autonomy, convenience, anonymity of callers welcome, and are subject to the attention of more and more researchers. In this study, to carry out the investigation of the circumstances and the investigation and analysis of Nanchang University network psychological counseling through a network of Chinese Universities psychological counseling found that: (1) our university network psychological counseling in general is still at an early stage of development, and 1,475 colleges and universities surveyed only There are 328 colleges and universities in the network psychological counseling, accounting for 22.24% of the total; service mainly text-based email and Guestbook. (2) Nanchang University, since December 26, 2002, to carry out the message of this type of network psychological counseling since the end of the end of 2007, the number of messages a total of 5041, has become a strong complement to the traditional interview psychological counseling. The network psychological counseling has become an important part of mental health education in schools. In this study, by the analysis of the classification of Nanchang University network message, that involved in network consulting order of love and sexual problems, interpersonal problems, and learning problems. Traditional psychological counseling theory and methods are able to use the network psychological counseling, but not all consultation methods applied to the network psychological counseling. (3) Although our university network psychological counseling is booming, but still at an early stage of development, there are also some problems can not be ignored, such as of network psychological counseling theory discussed lack of network consulting services way single the network psychological counseling inherent insufficient (including the virtual, greater mobility, network exchange verbal and non-verbal exchanges inconvenience), the awareness of the people on the network consulting uneven, network consulting lack of professional teachers, university network the psychological consulting work management imperfect directly restricts the development of psychological counseling in the university network. (4) In order to promote the development of psychological counseling in the university network, the study from the following aspects: to improve the understanding of the college leadership, counseling teachers and college students on the network psychological counseling; strengthen the network psychological counseling theory and practice; handle the the relationship between the network psychological counseling and traditional psychological counseling; diversified network consulting services; strengthen professional network psychological counseling faculty building; Strengthening network the psychological consulting work management; improve the university network psychological counseling ethics codes and laws and regulations.
