Observation of the Elderly Chronic Stable Angina with Hyperlipidemia Treated by Shexiang Baoxin Pills

Abstract


Objective: To observe HMP treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris with hyperlipidemia clinical efficacy and mechanism of action of their part of the preliminary study . Methods: 60 patients met the criteria for elderly patients with chronic stable angina and medicine chest , phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into a control group of 30 cases , the test group of 30 patients . Control group was given isosorbide mononitrate therapy , the test group I HMP treatment were observed before treatment and in March , June, when the disease treatment , Chinese medicine symptom efficacy of nitroglycerin treatment , ECG and blood lipids , Hs-CRP , FIB effects . Results: The clinical study showed that the experimental group in June diseases effective than the control group (P lt; 0.05), the effective rate was 83.4% ; experimental group in March , June efficacy of TCM symptoms than the control group (P lt; 0.05) , the effective rates were 73.3% and 86.7% ; experimental group in June nitroglycerin significantly better than the control group (P lt; 0.05), the effective rate was 86.7% ; experimental group and the control group no significant difference in ECG (P gt ; 0.05 ) ; experimental group TC, LDL-C , and FIB were significantly lower amplitude than the control group (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: SXBXW on elderly patients with chronic stable angina pectoris with hyperlipidemia ( Chest, phlegm and blood stasis type ) treatment of the exact role and proved it could significantly reduce the risk factors for coronary heart disease .
